Infusion Set Automatic Assembly Machine
Brief Introduction
1. Electrical components and pneumatic components are all imported, mechanical parts of CNC machining hole, product contact parts of stainless steel and aluminum alloy material, hard oxidation and environmentally friendly chemical nickel plating processing.
2.The drip chambers assemble the filter membrane, the inner hole with electrostatic blowing deducting treatment and vacuum cleaning solve the dust in artificial assembling.
3. Gluing inside and outside of drip chamber, auto stop and alarm for no glue machine to avoid leakage of glue water.
4.After online detection of all the parts assembled, separate the qualified and unqualified products.
